Here I will take you through a few available weight loss supplements that have some basis to their claims. I will explain where each of them come from and why they seem to help with weight loss. Most importantly, I’ll tell you whether they make a difference.

This is a chemical found mainly in red raspberries, but also other fruits such as kiwis, cranberries, and blackberries.
